1st Malta Symposium on Pomegranate Extracts: Clinical and Pharmaceutical Applications, October, 30, 2009 Antioxidants Future Trends, Cosmetics, Nutraceutical and medicalized Food Solutions - Professional Exhibition Space during the two days congress - Venue Malta Polyphenols 2009 event will take place at the Radisson SAS hotel, Bay Point Resort St Julian's, on the island of Malta. Malta is located in the Mediterranean sea. Chairman of organizing comittee: Dr Marvin Edeas, President of the International Society of Antioxidants in Nutrition and Health (ISANH) and of the Société Française des Antioxydants (SFA) Abstracts The abstract should be a one-page document, character times 12-single spacing. The title (in bold) should be typed in capital letters authors initial, surname, institution, state. Underline the name of the presenting author. The text should clearly state objectives, methodology, results, and conclusion. Simple tables and graphs are allowed. Presentation of every communication at the Conference is subjected to formal registration of at least one co-author. All accepted abstracts will be printed in the Abstract Book distributed during the Conference. Deadline for the abstract submission : Friday October 16th, 2009

Short oral communications for scientists: Based on the abstracts, oral presentations (6 min) will be selected by the scientific committee.
Short oral communications for companies and start-ups Based on the abstracts, oral presentations (6 min) will be selected by the scientific committee. Poster Session Posters Poster format: 0.70 width x 1 m high. Edition of an abstract book Abstracts of the latest scientific advances on polyphenols applications will be published in an abstract book.
Continuous Medical Education (CME) & Certificate delivery Continuous Medical Education Malta Polyphenols 2007 will provide 10 CME credits. At your request, you will receive an agreement form.
Certificate delivery A participation certificate will be delivered to the attendees at the issue of the conference, attesting their presence at the Malta Polyphenols 2007 event. Organisation University of Malta
